Liberty NH Submission Requirements 

Project Status

When submitting projects to NHSaves that have Liberty NH as the Program Administrator, projects are required to be enrolled in the following statuses aligning with the project lifecycle: 

• Enrollment  - Initial enrollment of project
• Plans Analysis - After preliminary model has been created from plans
• Mid-Point - After model has been updated to reflect Mid-Point insulation inspection
• Final Submission - After model is complete and reflects the Final condition of the project 

The Project Status is updated in the NH Saves Online Intake Tool tab in the Project Info section of Ekotrope. 

Important Note: For each "Project Status" update, the status change must be saved in the NH Saves tab and the project must be submitted to "Liberty NH" every time the "Project Status" is updated:

QA Checks

Each Project Status will require a prior submission where the preceding status has been submitted to Liberty NH. Except for "Enrollment" which will be required as the initial submission for the project.
