SRP Rebate Program Submission Process

To submit Ekotrope projects to the Arizona SRP Utility Program, please follow the below process:

1. Open each project in Ekotrope that needs to be submitted, click "Submit Project" --> "SRP Rebate Program".  This will only be visible for projects in Arizona.  If you do not see an option for "SRP Rebate Program", please contact support@ekotrope.com to enable submissions for your account.  Alternatively, can also submit multiple projects at a time from the My Projects page by selecting the appropriate projects and clicking "Batch Actions" --> "Submit to Utililty Program" and selecting the SRP program.
2. Download the HERS Certificate for each project that you have submitted.
3. Download the SRP data .csv file by selecting the projects you have submitted on the My Projects page and click "Batch Actions" --> "Batch Export SRP CSV".
4. Send an email to Rebecca Smout <Rebecca.Smout@srpnet.com> with the HERS Certificates and the exported .csv file as attachments.
