Please note that this tool is only available to those that have access to DTE/Consumers Program Info. If you have any questions, please reach out to programsupport@ekotrope.com.

To bulk update multiple DTE/Consumers OIT forms at once, you can use the DTE/Consumers Bulk Updater feature.

To do so ,select the projects you want to update from the Project List. Then, click Batch Actions, and select the DTE Consumers Bulk Updater. Follow the instructions in the app to download the template file.

    • If using this field, the preceding field above should be marked as 'Yes' or the batch updater will fail.

Populate this template with the information you wish to update. Please note, if a field is left blank, no change will be made. The bulk updater can add or replace data, but it cannot delete data.

In order for the updater to correctly understand dates and zip codes, please format all cells in the spreadsheet as TextTo do this in Excel, press Ctrl+a to select every cell in the spreadsheet, then use the Number Format menu to change the format from General to Text(See attached Gif)

Once you have finished inputting the data you wish to update, reupload the spreadsheet and the changes from the spreadsheet will be reflected on the app.
