Printing Reports in Batch

Ekotrope lets you easily print reports for multiple projects at once via the Batch Actions tab on the Project List page. Simply select the projects you would like to print reports for (remember this Shift+Click trick for selecting multiple projects), click the Batch Actions button on the bottom of the screen, and choose either Projected or Final Reports.

This will bring up the report selection screen. Choose the reports that you would like to run, or use one of your existing Report Groups, and click OK at the bottom of the screen.

In the event that Final Report is selected, but the project has yet to be Field Confirmed, Ekotrope will let you know that a certain home was switched to a Projected Report and proceed to create your reports.

Once the reports are generated, you can sign all applicable reports (see this article for instructions on how to add your signature to Ekotrope), download all the reports as a PDF, or have Ekotrope send an automated email with a PDF of the reports to an email address of your choosing.
