Electric Vehicle Ready Space

Ekotrope allows the rater to specify whether the home is equipped with an EV Ready charging space via a checkbox in the General Info section while editing a building design.  This data point currently does not impact HERS Index or energy calculations and is only used by certain utility rebate programs as a data collection mechanism to provide rebates.

There is currently no precise universal definition for what qualifies as an EV Ready Space. Please follow the definition that matches the context in which this field will be used.
