Rater/RFI correctly verifies and documents whether Range/Oven is installed at time of final inspection for new homes. Rater/RFI verifies and documents the correct Range and Oven inputs (fuel, induction range, convection oven) via field photos and/or builder purchase orders. If not installed, but the builder provides this appliance, the Rater/RFI verifies required performance information from supporting documentation in form of spec sheet/purchase order from the builder.
