DuplicateAddress
Confirm that the project address is not duplicated for the Provider in the Registry. If a duplicate exists for a valid reason (e.g., re-registering), document the rationale.
SCORING: "Satisfactory" if no duplicate or valid duplicate. "Unsatisfactory" if invalid duplicate.
DisclosureForm
Verify that the Rater meets RESNET disclosure requirements by: • The Rater disclosed any potential conflicts using the correct method per Addendum 67 (Registry schema or signed form, depending on client type); and • The Rater has a documented or interview-confirmed process for reviewing all inputs before submitting the rating.
The QAD is not responsible for proving the process exists, but must have sufficient understanding (via interview or documentation) to confirm it is followed. This verification must align with the updated requirements in Addendum 67 to HERS® Standards Chapter 1.
SCORING: "Satisfactory": if the QAD has verified the Rater's process, and the Rater has disclosed potential conflicts via the Registry schema, or the form is present in the QA Data. "Unsatisfactory": if either the process has not been verified, or if the submission to the Registry or the form is missing in the QA Data.
