Rater/RFI verifies and documents the correct indoor water fixtures, pipe insulation, recirculation, location of the farthest fixture, water heating system, and DWHR location. QAD should verify all items that are installed at the time of inspection or take photo(s) to document that the item(s) are not installed.
SCORING:
"Satisfactory": When all are correct
"Unsatisfactory": When one is incorrect
GUIDANCE: Hot Water Distribution Verification Errors - The Rater/RFI can correctly identify or determine the following items: * Indoor Water Fixtures (low flow or not) * Pipe Insulation * Recirculation * Location of: - Farthest Fixture - Water Heating System - DWHR
