PHOTOS REQUIRED of Cooling System (Coil and Condenser) nameplate/model number per HERS® Standards Chapter 9. Raters/RFIs are responsible for documenting reasons for missing photos. If installed, Rater/RFI verifies and documents the correct space cooling system type(s), fuel type(s), location(s), and number of unit(s).

• Photographs of installed air handlers, coils, ductless heads, non-split systems, and outside units will capture at a minimum: - Type(s) - Nameplate(s)/Model Number(s) and Control(s) - Location(s) (This should be a wider shot to be able to identify the location) - Fuel(s) used for each system (Photos of meters and tanks can capture fuels used in the home, but also need to identify per system if multiple fuels are used) *Photographs of installed Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) will capture at a minimum: - Closed-Loop (brine) systems or Open-Loop (water source) systems - Pump nameplate to capture the pump energy - Wells: Rater/RFI verifies and documents the correct well type, number of wells, well depth, and loop flow.

SCORING: (These errors are assessed per Cooling System; the same error can occur multiple times if there are multiple Cooling Systems and should be added to the overall total) "Satisfactory": When all mandatory photos are provided, and no errors in verification "1": One error (listed below) "2": Two errors (listed below) "3": Three or more errors OR incorrectly identifying the number of units (listed below) "Missing Photo": One or more of the mandatory photos are missing, and no errors in verification "Missing Photo + "1": One or more of the mandatory photos are missing, plus "1" per scoring above "Missing Photo + "2": One or more of the mandatory photos are missing, plus "2" per scoring above "Missing Photo + "3": One or more of the mandatory photos are missing, plus "3" per scoring above "N/A": No Cooling System in home
