For each duct system, Rater/RFI verifies and documents the correct area served, # of returns, associated heating/cooling equipment, locations, % areas of each location type, and R-values. Some duct locations are not visible at the time of field QA. Verify that percentages seem reasonable for conditions found. Photos of Duct R-Values and Location of Duct Work is recommended, but not required.
