Does Rater/RFI take enough measurements to verify that the IV from plans correspond with the as-built structure, or in the case of sampling, the worst case dwelling unit? If plans are not present, does the Rater/RFI take full measurements of the as-built structure to capture the IV? Does Rater/RFI verify and document correctly any discrepancies in the IV of the as-built structure from the design, including but not limited to presence of chosen options and other features as installed?
