REQUIRED PHOTO of Infiltration Test Results OR REPORT from Testing Software per ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019 APPENDIX B and MINHERS Chapter 9. Raters/RFIs are responsible for documenting reasons for missing photos. Envelope Leakage is tested according to ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380.
- Examples include blower door manufacturer’s automated software report (TECTITE, FanTestic, TEC Auto Test app, etc.) and/or photo documentation.
SCORING:
- Satisfactory: Less than 10% variance between QAD result and Rater/RFI result
- 1: 10% to less than 15% variance between QAD result and Rater/RFI result
- 2: 15% to 25% variance between QAD result and Rater/RFI result
- 3: Greater than 25% variance between QAD result and Rater/RFI result
