Confirm that the number of floors, including walkouts, is accurately modeled based off Rater/RFI field verification or supporting documentation. If there is a discrepancy between the supporting documentation and what the Rater/RFI identified versus what was modeled, the information gathered by the Rater/RFI shall be used as it can be more easily confirmed.
SCORING: Satisfactory: Number of floors (including walkout basements) aligns with Rater/RFI field verification or supporting documentation. Unsatisfactory: Number of floors modeled is incorrect or unsupported with Rater/RFI field verification or supporting documentation.
