- If the diagnostic equipment is out of compliance, QAD shall either perform a field calibration on Rater/RFI's diagnostic equipment with a calibrated bench manometer/gauge or require Rater/RFI to send in the diagnostic equipment for calibration per the manufacturer's established process.
SCORING:
"Satisfactory" when Rater/RFI's the diagnostic equipment is in compliance; or "Unsatisfactory" when Rater/RFI's the diagnostic equipment is out of compliance; or "N/A" when Rater/RFI is not on-site.
- Any Test Result Values from a manometer/gauge with a score of "Unsatisfactory" on this line item cannot be used as the completed Rating File. The Rater/RFI must calibrate their equipment and then retest the Rated Home with calibrated equipment.
