File Storage

Overview:

    File Storage has recently been added as a new feature of QA Track, an Ekotrope Premium feature. The feature allows Raters and QADs to save files in a single Ekotrope file so they can be easily shared between parties. Any file type is supported such as .pdf, .jpeg, and .xlsx. How it works:

    File Storage is accessible from the project dashboard. There is an 'Other Files' button next to the place where you can enter a site photo of the home. Once here, you can upload files.

   Once files are uploaded into the storage feature, they are visible to anyone with access to the project. You can download the files by clicking the blank box to the right of the file name, and remove the file from the project by clicking the red X on the left side.

   There are a few technical limits to the File Storage feature. There cannot be more than 100MB stored in a single Ekotrope project. If these are limiting for your team, please reach out and we can work out possible solutions.

The goal of the feature:

   The feature has been added to supplement the QA Track feature. With the additional QA stringency from the EnergyStar and ZERH's programs, this give's provider's an easy solution to keep all the QA documentation from their raters in one convenient place... Ekotrope.
