Ekotrope does not currently support the modeling of shared heat pump water heaters.
The workaround for modeling these is to model shared heat pump water heaters as residential water heaters serving one unit and input 40 gallons as the tank size, regardless of the actual storage tank volume, so that the Reference Home water heater EF will be correctly determined.
