- For new doors, best practice is to collect NFRC labels and photographs. NFRC rating labels often list many configurations of the door, so verify that the information matches the specific door type.
SCORING:
"Satisfactory" when correct or "Unsatisfactory" when incorrect.
GUIDANCE:
- R-Value - value verified is consistent with door type identified
- Door Area - QAD value within 10% of Rater/RFI value
- Wall Assignment - Rater/RFI verifies the exposure correctly (to ambient, to garage, etc.)
