If home requires duct testing, Rater/RFI correctly sets up the home, duct system(s), and duct testing equipment for duct leakage testing per ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380 and manufacturer instructions.

GUIDANCE: Duct Leakage Test Set Up Verification Errors: * If ride-along or remote QA with Rater/RFI, then verify this directly. * If blind QA, then it must be verified via photo documentation per HERS® Standards Chapter 9
