This line item is to verify whether a Final Inspection occurred. Does Rater/RFI verify the address/lot number/permit via photo documentation? When address/lot number/permit are not present, did the Rater/RFI demonstrate adequate judgment to determine the correct address?
SCORING: "Satisfactory": Correctly verified. "Unsatisfactory": Incorrectly or inadequately verified.
GUIDANCE: * Rater/RFI verifies that they are at the correct address before attempting to begin Rating by taking photo that shows front of house with address/lot number/permit visible. * When address/lot number/permit are not present, Rater/RFI demonstrates adequate judgment to determine the correct address (i.e., photo with a visible geotag showing the exact location, photo of plans, etc.)
