Does Rater/RFI take enough measurements to verify that plans correspond with the as-built structure, or take full measurements if no plans? Does Rater/RFI verify and document correctly any discrepancies in the as-built structure from the design, including but not limited to presence of chosen options, ceiling heights, and other features as installed?

"Satisfactory" when correct or "Unsatisfactory" when incorrect.
