Rater/RFI correctly verifies and documents whether Ceiling Fans are present and if present, their efficiency. If the Rater/RFI is using anything other than defaults, they should provide supporting documentation (such as manufacturer spec sheet or photo of model # that can be matched with ENERGY STAR published efficiencies).
SCORING:
"Satisfactory" when correct or "Unsatisfactory" when incorrect.
GUIDANCE:
- Confirm whether the number of ceiling fans is at least #bdrms+1 AND CFM/watt average is within 15%.
