Rater/RFI correctly verifies and documents whether Ceiling Fans are present and if present, are there enough to model. If the Rater/RFI is using anything other than defaults, they should capture supporting documentation (such as manufacturer spec sheet or photo of model # that can be matched with ENERGY STAR published efficiencies).
