Does Rater/RFI take enough measurements to verify that the CFA from plans correspond with the as-built structure, or in the case of sampling, the worst-case dwelling unit? If plans are not present, does the Rater/RFI take full measurements of the as-built structure to capture the CFA? Does Rater/RFI verify and document correctly any discrepancies in the CFA of the as-built structure from the design, including but not limited to presence of chosen options and other features as installed?

1: CFA varies by +/- 5%-10%
2: CFA varies by +/- >10%-20%
3: CFA varies by +/- >20%
