If home requires envelope leakage testing, Rater/RFI correctly sets up the home and blower door equipment for envelope leakage testing per ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380 and manufacturer instructions. If ridealong QA on-site with Rater/RFI, then verify this directly. If blind QA, then must be verified via photo documentation per MINHERS Chapter 9.
