PHOTOS REQUIRED per MINHERS Chapter 9. Raters/RFIs are responsible for documenting reasons for missing photos. This line item is to verify whether an Inspection occurred. Does Rater/RFI verify the building’s front, back, right and left elevations via photo documentation? This is for the QAD to verify on ridealong Field QA Reviews; this is not practical and will not be expected on blind Field QA Reviews.
SCORING:
"Satisfactory" when correct or "Unsatisfactory" when incorrect.
