The Mandatory Items section of Ekotrope RATER is a reminder for Raters to check that the home complies with the mandatory requirements of energy codes and programs that are not checked by Ekotrope. These checklists do not affect energy calculations, but if left un-checked, they will prevent Ekotrope from showing the home as passing.
