- Tier 2 Incentive Amount increased to $425.

2022 and 2023
For 2022 and 2023, TNMP has reduced the Tier 1 incentive to be $225. There are no changes to the requirements (see below).

In addition to the requirements listed in the table below, the home also needs to exceed the baseline electricity performance by at least 5% and must pass one of the following energy codes: IECC 2015 Prescriptive, IECC 2015 Performance, Texas 2015 ERI, ENERGY STAR v3.1.
